Goldstein Consulting is becoming part of the Auren Group.

After many successful years in tax consulting and auditing, I have decided to shape the future of our firm together with the highly successful Auren KG. This step is part of our succession plan and, at the same time, a conscious decision to ensure that Goldstein Consulting continues to develop in a demanding and high-quality environment for the long term.

For the fifth consecutive year, we have once again made it into the top group of the Manager Magazine’s rankings for Germany’s best auditors. This makes us one of only two participants who have achieved an “excellent” rating every year since the first award in 2018. We were able to achieve one of the highest overall scores among all participating audit firms. We are incredibly proud of this and very grateful to our clients for this evaluation and the trust they repeatedly place in us and our services.

As in all previous years, such a success can only be a team effort, but it requires each individual to deliver their best performance every day and to fulfill their tasks with joy and high motivation.

In January 2025, Goldstein Consulting received the “Fairness First” award from the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization.

Companies with this award fulfill their corporate responsibility in terms of social, environmental, and economic aspects. This demonstrates that they act responsibly and transparently towards employees, customers, and business partners. This is also reflected in the services or products offered and their prices. A significant signal for all business relationships.

To achieve this award, a multi-stage analysis process had to be completed, developed by the magazine DUP UNTERNEHMER and the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization. Annette Goldstein and her team successfully passed this process.

As part of this analysis, digital touchpoints and brand presence were subjected to comprehensive social listening. Methodology, content, and scoring were developed by experts from various industries for this analysis. The results of these analyses were crucial for the overall evaluation.

According to the business magazine DUP, this makes Goldstein Consulting one of the flagships of the German Mittelstand.

Goldstein Consulting also sees this award as further motivation, especially to consolidate the digitalization goals already achieved, but also to meet its ecological and economic responsibility.

Our firm was awarded as an ‘Employer of the Future’ on March 14, 2023, by the former Federal Minister Brigitte Zypries. Daniel Baumgartner and Aydin Mammadov personally received the award in Hamburg.

The award is given by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization to companies that work innovatively, digitally, and sustainably. We are proud of this and take this award as an incentive to continue attracting and, importantly, retaining the right talents for our firm in the future. Only through this can we use the increasing pace of innovation and the challenges of the constantly changing market as an opportunity.

In the April 2022 issue of Manager Magazine, we were awarded ‘excellent’ for the fourth consecutive time as Germany’s best auditors. We are one of only two participants who have consistently achieved the ‘excellent’ grade since the introduction of this seal and are among the firms with the highest total points.

We are very happy that we were able to achieve this award again and know that this is a performance of the entire team. We appreciate the assessment of our clients and take it as an incentive to achieve such performances in the future. We thank our employees for their extraordinary commitment and our clients for this excellent and trustful cooperation and will continue to make great efforts to meet the high expectations of our clients unchanged.

Furthermore, in April 2022 for the first time and in November 2022 for the second time, we were awarded the ‘Top Company’ seal by the employer-rating platform kununu, making us one of the employers with the best ratings on this platform.

We are extraordinarily pleased about this, as excellent performance can only be achieved by employees who feel comfortable and motivated. Maintaining and expanding this corporate culture is one of our most important tasks for the future.
