Many of our clients are international players; others are subsidiaries of foreign companies. We see to the needs of an array of small and middle-sized incorporated and limited companies, as well as local associations and organizations.<\/p>

Besides the classic auditing of the annual accounts, we offer a range of related services; for example, business appraisal and valuation, preparatory work for IPOs and \u201cdue diligence audits.\u201d Particularly worth emphasizing is the counseling service we offer representing the interests of the audited company during mandatory annual audits.<\/p>

I founded the Goldstein Consulting in 1998. Prior to that, I was a partner in a Berlin subsidiary of a \u201cBig Four\u201d company so I am not lacking in professional experience. My practice\u2019s steady development during these years and our growing list of satisfied clients would seem to confirm the validity of my approach.<\/p>

For corporations, moreover, we offer tax consultancy and support for your company\u2019s accounting department, including the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements (in compliance with German, American and international standards). Another benefit is that we factor in tax and audit aspects right from the beginning with the first accounting entry. The costs here are also transparent and you will find no long-term, binding contracts. We want to be of service to you only as long as a solid relationship based on mutual trust exists between us.<\/p>
